Returns are accepted only if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that returns for personal reasons are not accepted. We accept returns only in the following cases:
• Defective items (Minor marks or imperfections resulting from the handmade process are not considered defects.)
• If the incorrect item was delivered (You receive something different than what you ordered.)
Returns are not accepted for:
• Items that have been used or worn
• Items damaged or scratched after delivery
